Great canoe/kayak landing just south of Spring Green. No garbage facilities or running water. 2 portable bathrooms are present between May and September. No access for trailers/motorboats. Very busy on weekends in the summer as most rental outfits use this landing for trips and the only landing nearby with a sandbar accessible from the parking lot.
I thought this was a great reply to the "noisy trashy" post. If you go when the parking lot is full, that means it's noisy,an pick up your trash.Photo taken in parking lot. January.
Nice place with plenty of parking and lovely views.
Popular and easy accessible spot. The sandbar is a great spot but will disappear with the rise and fall of the water. Trashy and noisy with the traffic on 23.
