The employee Rick Schwartz (works for pizza pit out of Shell) took advantage of my disabled neighbor. Pizza Pit did not have their food prices online, and he and another employee (Joel) exploited this and instead of my neighbor paying $18 for her orders, she paid $36! (And, she always tipped them $10!). The management only wrote Rick up for this and continue to employ him. (I hope my neighbor sues).
